Screening, Vetting, Caring

Great care starts with great caregivers. That’s why our standards are so high and our screening is so thorough. In addition to assessing hands-on skills, we also look for caregivers with traits like compassion, kindness, and patience. And we strictly adhere to local licensure and certification requirements in every community we serve. All of our caregivers:

  • Are covered by company insurance
  • Pass a rigorous background check, including driving records and employment authorization verification
  • Are screened for hands-on skills
  • Have a true passion for caring for others
  • Are trained in the Balanced Care Method

What happens when the best caregivers are trained in best practices?

Clients and their families experience a better quality of life. We train our caregivers to support older adults living with Alzheimer’s and other dementias. They also learn how to provide exceptional specialized care for clients with Parkinson’s, heart disease, cancer, recovering from stroke, and living with other age-related conditions. And if your loved one just needs a little quality companionship and help around the house to live independently, our caregivers can do that well too.
